Care for the postpartum* mom without baby. A distraction free moment to rejuvenate and relax muscles and mom. Kristyn will guide you into finding optimal positions for greater circulation and relaxation during your postpartum transition. *Postpartum is up to 2 years.

This complimentary BYB Virtual Health Screen is for New Clients and for New Services to discuss my practice, precautions, and answer any questions. This Session is reserved for you on Monday (9am to 8pm) the week of your massage appointment virtually. Please give us 20-30 minutes for this complimentary initial consult. Thank you!
