Cancellation Policy

First scheduled massage appointments or first new service.massage appointments must be accompanied by a complimentary BYB Virtual Health Screen a minimum of 24 hours prior to the client's appointment time to discuss my practice, precautions, and how I may help. Schedule online on Mondays 9am to 8pm prior to your scheduled appointment. Please RESCHEDULE and do not cancel your appointment if you have paid with a BYB EGift Card. Thank you!
